  • One of the few characters (Ghost Rider, Mr. Fantastic) whose regular (not a power) melee attacks can normally affect more than one target.

Powers: (at Skill Level 10)
  • Drastic Elastic (14 Skill Points, 30 Energy)
    • Swing arms in a huge arc.
    • 54-60 Physical Damage, 257 Knockback, Chargeable (x2 damage, Knockdown)
  • Elastic Crush (16 Skill Points, 23 Energy)
    • Slam fists into nearby victim. If victim is stunned, does 50% extra damage.
    • 139-154 Physical Damage
  • Elastic Evasion (12 Skill Points, 92 Energy, 80 seconds)
    • Temporarily increase the elasticity of Mr. Fantastic's Skin, giving him the ability to deflect nearly all projectile and beam attacks.
  • Fantastic Fists (16 Skill Points, 92 Energy, 80 seconds)
    • Size up Mr. Fantastic's fists.
    • +36% Melee Damage, 76% chance of Criticals.
  • Pinball (12 Skill Points, 21 Energy per second)
    • Roll up in a ball and bounce around. Damage is based on contact speed. Can use a regular attack to Dash.
    • 24-26 (81-89 Dashing?) Physical Damage
    • Comments:
      • Mr. Fantastic can move very quickly in this mode, and for that same reason this power may be more costly in Energy than it appears because you might miss enemies very frequently.
  • Propeller Arms (16 Skill Points, 25 Energy per second)
    • Walk forward spinning arms, popping up targets.
    • 85-94 Physical Damage per second.
  • Rubberband Recoil (9 Skill Points, 25 Energy)
    • Jump into the air and come down on enemies to knock them back.
    • 82-90 Physical Damage, 3-foot radius
    • Charged: 164-180 Physical Damage, 5-foot radius
  • Orbital Attack (Xtreme)
    • Call in an airstrike on nearby enemies.
    • 51-56 (Energy?) Damage
    • +15% Damage on subsequent Xtreme attacks.
    • +200% XP.
